I am from Dubai and had a vehicle breakdown in Al Ain earlier this week. Google helped me reach out to John and he went out of his way to get in touch with the insurance provider and arrange a pick up for me. The electrical mechanic knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. Kudos to John and team for the excellent service!

Vehicle will be collected, quote will be verbal given, and after service vehicle will be delivered to you. Happy with my vehicle, radiator was changed, windows tinted, electrical window and boot hydraulic pump was repaired, as well as windshield wipers changed for new once. Would recommend John and his team.

I've always had superb service at Crown Auto Garage. Communication is outstanding (the owner John returns emails and messages very quickly and speaks fluent English among other languages). Everything is done very professionally. My car is picked up from my location and returned to the location of my choice. Although there may be slightly cheaper prices available, the quality of the work and level of care has always been extremely high and the customer service has made it well worth it. This morning John fixed a wiper on my car at my home without any charge. I thought I was still arranging the repair and he told me he'd already done it!
